Easy Solutions Are Hard To Come By

I was out browsing on some fellow bloggers blogs’ looking to see what new business strategies or ideas were out there and ran across this blog, “You Have To Sell The Push Button Solution“.  Sadly this blog was talking about the way world in general expects thing to happen in life and in business. FAST, EASY and with VERY LITTLE INVESTMENT of MONEY!!!!Wow the writer Yaro Starak hit this one right on the mark, people really do expect a lot for a minimal amount of time and money.  Here is where my opinion differ from Yaro’s, my company has been in business for over 12 years now all of those years have been internet related,  evolving as the internet evolves from a Simple Web Design Firm to today where we can offer your company Complete Business Solutions.We have found in these many years of business that it is vital to inform your client of the truth. We refuse to tell the client that we have “The Magic Button” because there is no magic button with internet marketing. It takes time, work and money to achieve top positions in the search engines, this has never been an easy task and will only become more difficult and rigorous as the search engines continue to evolve and change their criteria to make the internet a web of information as was it’s first intended to be. It is our job and your job to not only tell the clients of what might lay ahead but to continually teach them about the process so they are not disappointed with slow but sure steps and are not disillusioned as to what it will take to get them where they want to be, “AT THE TOP”.  Monthly reports and articles are a couple of the ways we are able to keep our clients updated. This keeps them out of the dark and looking to the future. Plus we are always looking for new ways to help each and every client we have. We are not successful if they are not successful.Yes, Yes I know that there is still a huge percentage of people out there that want the quick and easy solutions, but those are the types of clients my company avoids. We usually have several conversations with a potential client informing them that marketing this is a long term commitment not just a quick and easy fix, if after all that they still want the quick and easy solution, we politely tell them we are not a good fit and don’t feel we are the company that can help them.  We have lost a lot of potential clients because of this practice but the ones we gain are long term and see the advantage to taking it slow and steady.Now I have to say that there are a couple of things that can get you moving a bit faster one of those is making sure that your company has a recognizable motto and or Logo.  You should also have a website that is inviting to the customers you are trying to target. You know the old saying, “You Can’t Judge a Book By It’s Cover”. Well that is not usually the case these days we live in a society where looks count first and everything else follows. The closest thing we have to a quick fix in internet marketing is Pay Per Click Advertising (Paid Advertising). This type of advertising brings immediate traffic right to your site but the catch is it’s generally an inexpensive route to take. But if it’s fast you are looking for this could be the answer for you. So yes today’s world wants things fast, easy and cheap, but that is not always possible if you want it done right. Easy solutions are hard to come by (mostly because they do not exist) and are generally not the most advantageous, but the hard solutions (the difficult, time consuming, and yes even more costly solutions) are easier to come by and produce a better long term result if you are patient enough to wait for it to happen.


Red or Black Furniture?

In my home we own a red love seat and a red Recliner and even though I really like black and white, we do not own any white or black furniture. Mostly I would say that is because we have cream coloreds walls and carpets and so we add the red to make thinks pop!  The only other color of furniture we own is chocolate brown! We like that to mix with the red and cream. It makes things cozy for us! However; in out kitchen you will find a lot of red and black accents again the walls are cream and the floors and cabinets are an oak color. We feel these colors work well together in this room, along the lines of a more professional looking kitchen.  We our dilemma is that we are adding an addition on to the house a second living room for my boys and they really want it to be in red, black and white.  If you have read any of my other blogs you will know that I really like the colors red, black and white, but I am not sure I want a room dedicated to it.  But being fair to the boys’ opinion I am going to place some links to the furniture they are hoping we get plus a link to my choices. Please give me your opinions I would love to get some other input.  By the way my husband says he doesn’t care how we decorate as long as it looks nice, big help he is!

In addition to the furniture we are looking at we will again have cream colored walls and floors.

Black and White Wedding Invitations

I just love black and white photos my husband and I take many of our pics in black and white or sepia tones. Recently I found a new way to utilize those pictures. The Art of Sales

Everyday most of us run into “The Salesmen”, and all they know how to do is sell, sell, sell. They’d sell their mother-in-laws if it wern’t illegal!  We are not even safe from the Sales at home! I don’t know about you, but the “National No Call List” did not work for us.  I realize that there is a need for sales persons but give people a break!  Now for those of us who own business that require that we higher sales people, let’s try a bit harder and get those valuable employees some add ional training on the “How Too(s) of Sales”.  I my self am not qualified to do implement these How Too(s)” but I have found several great companies, and All of these companies are qualified to reeducate your employees whether it be in leadership developmentsales training, or just ways to improve your business. These companies will show your employees the proper ways to sell, market and promote your companies product or service.

Black Printer Ink

Here is my next Black and Whyte for you.  In most offices today we use two things that are very black and whyte! Printer ink and the white paper we print it on. Now if you use as much ink as my company does than you need to ckeck out this company, they sell discount name brand ink cartridges and toner cartridges plus they ship it to you for free the next day!

Not so Black and White Issue!

Here is my latest not so Black and White issue I need your help!


My best friend Kim is 41 years old and is considering breast enhancement. Her husband is ok with her decision and is even willing to pay for a surgery that is not covered by his insurance. How many guy do you know would say know to bigger breast, not many that I know of! So he is no help in my cause.


I told Kim that I think that she is going to regret getting this procedure but she is positive it will make her happy. I have a good reason for why I think she will regret this choice it’s because I am 5’2 and have small frame but I have a size D cup, and often time gives back pain and get really tired of all the male eyes that wander to my breast rather than my face, plus it is really hard to find clothes to fit they are either really tight or really baggy. I hate both looks! My friend is built completely different from me. She is 5’10, and has a much larger frame “She Is Not Fat Just Bigger Built” and she has a size C cup, so I guess it’s possible it won’t be as hard for her as it is for me, but I have my doubts.


The other problem I see is that she wants to increase her size C to a DD. I think that will be really too big, but she thinks going up one size is not enough.  I am trying to get some advice from other women or doctors who have personal experience in this area. I have been to several web sites that are filled with good info on breast surgery, like and and, but what I am really looking for is those personal stories of success and or disappointment.


I want to make sure my friend has all the facts before she goes through with this. Since my friend is usually a really conservative type person who seems to be suffering from a nasty case of mid life crisis, I think it won’t be long until she will wake up some day and be disappointed with her choice. So any helpful info you can give me would be much appreciated.



Black and White Kitchens

Here is some more Black and White! I know some of the stuff I put in here is weird but it’s still Black and Whyte!

 Here is some stuff you can find in your kitchen that is black, white or red.

Stoves, Refrigerators, Microwaves, Dishwashers, dishes, towels, cookie jars, flooring, walls, and even the little plastic knobs and levers and handles are often times black. No matter where you look in a kitchen you will most likely find one or all of these colors.  Go ahead and take a look and see if I am not right!
